The E2E Personal History section contains data pertaining to the specific patient's personal history. Social factors or environmental factors that could affect the health of the patient would be saved here. In OSCAR, Social History is used interchangably with Personal History.
User Assumptions
- The provider shall enter all personal history entries into OSCAR under the Social History section of the Encounter page
- All relevant fields presented will be filled with data if applicable
Data Assumptions
- We expect social history data to be a freetext field which will make sense to a human reader
- Social History data will not be entered in other parts of OSCAR
- The E2E spec does not have a Personal/Social History section.
Options
- Decide to redirect the data to a similar section of the E2E
- Omit the section for exporting and consult GPI
Decision
- We decided that the data stored in Personal History matched up closest to the Risk Factors section.
- All social history data will appear in the risk factors section of the E2E export for now.
- Need to flag this to GPI
