Caching linked authority data

• create new hyrax app
  • follow readme at https://github.com/samvera/hyrax/tree/v1.0.3
    • generate from template
    • generate a work type
    • create a default admin set
  • configure app to not require files
  • verify by running servers, creating a user, uploading a file.
• set up ldf
  • read READMEs for both projects

  • follow README for qa-ldf (note it includes instructions to add ActiveTriples/linked-data-fragments to your gemfile, as well). Notes:
    • bundle update after adding gems to Gemfile (bundle install failed to resolve but update worked fine)
    • add ldf.yml to config/
      • NOTE: indentation is messed up!
    • needed to require 'linked_data_fragments/cache_server' for route to work: https://github.com/curationexperts/ldc-qa-demo/blob/09b1832b2c54c846a50d0425f4699df2d5ec0486/config/initializers/hyrax.rb#L1
• set up autocomplete fields
