RIO journal by default has XML and is as easy as resolving the doi and adding /download/xml :-)

@chartgerink in addition to XML, we also need the associated assets (figure images, supp materials etc). Do you know if we can grab all that stuff in one bundle easily?

Also, do they have a feed or API for finding the latest updates?

Hm I don't know, there must be a systematic way of doing it but don't know about API. Pinging @rmounce and @Daniel-Mietchen who know more 💯

@chartgerink I assume RIO deposits to PMC, so the bundles will be available from there. There's reasonable question of whether it's easier to just pull it from there and have it as one of the #1 of #8 sources?

Unfortunately I don't think PMC hasn't accepted RIO yet. RIO would deposit there if it was allowed to.
