Move to new voxel size format in zarr-streaming datasource-properties

The libs have had unit support for a month now scalableminds/webknossos-libs#1136 so the streaming datasource-properties.json can now use the new unit-based voxel size format as well.

URL of deployed dev instance (used for testing):

Steps to test:

• Request a datasource-properties.json from a dataset zarr streaming link, e.g. http://localhost:9000/data/zarr/sample_organization/l4_sample/datasource-properties.json?token=secretSampleUserToken
• Should feature correct unit
• I also tested that self-exploring works as well

Issues:

• fixes make zarr streaming datasource-properties.json use new unit format too #7900
