Currently, the uploader is allowed to edit the dataset, there is no way to revoke this.

Can it be removed without breaking the initial teams logic during upload? Probably, because team managers can only upload to directories that grant them access anyway. Needs to be double-checked, though.

Edit this both in sql list query and scala-based isEditable.
