Tests that...

  • folders can be skipped
  • coverage for sends and calls is complete when client evm_reverts between test suites
  • relative path solidity imports work (skipped / currently failing)

* ... and the skipped folders option, 
* ... and solidity imports with relative paths reaching outside the `contracts/` folder.
