Just simplifies what we have been doing in other places where we use the Modal component; making an error span at the top.
- New Tag component (to display a tag button) - Modified tag color presets to be more readable
Started working on adding content to tag button (from the content page), will likely have to have other ways of adding content to a tag
by clicking on the tag in the tag page.. not very obvious, may need some way to make it so

Changes made
Support creating/editing/deleting tags and adding tags to content on your watched list and viewing all content in a specific tag.
Tags are managed and navigated to with the new Tag nav menu item (deleting and adding tags).
Tags can be modified in the tag page by clicking on the tag at the top (of that page).
