Ignore Kotlin/JS build-time artifacts.
Based on Kotlin 1.6.20-RC. Simplify dependenciy on kotlin-test library. Add support for iOS Simulator on Apple M1 hardware. Remove custom iOS Framework generation now that Kotlin/Multiplatform Gradle plugin does it on it's own.
