I recommend the following revisions:

In step 2, indent the bullet points so that the last number continues the sequence as 3 instead of 1.
Modify the screen shot in step 2 so that it only includes the data fields and not eh "Destination Configuration" title. There is a lot of white space under the title and it offsets the data table you are showing.
Indent the bullet point for 4 in Step 3 so that the sequence can continue instead of reset.
