Move the trashcan icon in bookmarks to left-side of label

I hadn't noticed that there was a horizontal slider on my window and I didn't see the trashcans on the bookmarks because they were scrolled off the screen. I didn't realize that the icons were all right-aligned and thought that they were missing since I didn't see them on the right edge of the shorter labels. For users that are not expecting the icons, deleting a bookmark might be a real puzzle if they don't easily see them. Putting them on the left (which is where they are relative to member id when editing a project), would guarantee their visibility and would make things more consistent.

The issue is to make sure that the user can see an option for deletion. So leaving it on the right side is OK if it is visible.
