Release for March 7th 2019

Add a few file formats, fix a few issues with file formats, and update version of Qt used.

Windows GUI requires Windows 10, while macOS GUI requires ≥10.10.
Command line versions of app work with Windows 7 and macOS≥10.10.

Command line versions compiled both with, and without, support for producing the D3.js based HTML output are included.
