zcm for platform mesh not defined in correct direction

When using the floating capabilities in OWENS, the bottom node of the platform mesh currently sets SectionPropsArray.zcm to be the vertical distance between the platform reference point and the platform center of gravity. However, this is not consistent with the reference used elsewhere in OWENS (where zcm is typically used for defining blade geometry) and is likely incorrect.
