This PR:

  • Updates to SS4.
  • Removes unneeded CSS.
  • Sets total columns to use same DBField as list model class.
  • Only totals Int/Float/Decimal based fields (specified via config).

@mlewis-everley what would be your thoughts on your releasing this upgrade as your own module?

This repo seems abandoned, and your upgrade is pretty much the only thing that would keep this module relevant.
