This change provide pure migration from MSE to MMS as explained here (https://bitmovin.com/managed-media-source) adding some fixed, mentioned in video-dev/hls.js#5542.
More work need to be done if start/stop streaming or qualitychange methods are to be supported.
The reason for this PR is that it makes JMuxer usable on lates IPhones with IOS 17+
