What does this PR do?
remove all the
betaaliases for packaging commands.because this is a breaking change, it'll cause the nightlies PRs for
sf(on both main and v2) to fail. You can either bump this in both branches when you merge (so that the failures don't happen) or merge the failed release PRs manuallyWhat issues does this PR fix or reference?
