Issue Template を改善する
#918 で指摘のあった #918 (comment) を Issue Template にも反映する
カテゴリ
PR の背景
#914 で Issue Template に対応したが、カテゴリー部分でチェックボックスにしていたので
タスクリストと判断されてしまい、混乱させてしまうため
PR のメリット
タスクリストと誤認識しなくなる
PR のデメリット (トレードオフとかあれば)
特にない。

不具合に関するチケットを作成しようとするときの、タイトル、説明欄
