[MFA] Update Safe settings

As a user I want to be able to see and change my account security
to protect my account

What needs to be done

• Update settings as indicated in the designs
• Info icon is based on security level of the account:
• 1. Red: for no MFA+ no add. owners + only 1 confirmation (in case a Safe Account has more then 1 owner)
• 2. Yellow: for MFA + no add. owners or no MFA + 2 owners (1 social login + 1 add. owner)
• No icon for MFA+ 2 owners

Acceptance criteria

• UI and logic is implemented as specified above

the sign always has the same "warning colour"

1. check cases without social key in n of M safes ( no icon)
2. create a new safe with social login - not red but warning color is used
3. no MFA set up, but 2 owner ( 1 social and 1 usual owner) , 2 of N confirmations
