Hey Ryan,
I've used your scripts for a few years when I need to compress screencasts I make for clients / demos / etc. However, I always have a hard time getting all the prerequisites in place to actually run your tools. I updated the readme in my fork for my own personal use to help guide me if I reformat a machine, etc.
I'm guessing you won't want to just pull this in since I deleted some of the RailsCasts specific stuff from it, but maybe you want to add a section in your readme that does list the steps necessary to use these tools? If so, feel free to use any/all of the steps I provide here.
Thanks,
-Jon
