Initial release

This is the first release of the project management service.
Its current functionalities are summarized here:

  • Allows to manages CAE projects, their components, dependencies, users and user roles
  • Connects CAE projects with the Requirements Bazaar and GitHub projects
  • Provides helper functionalities for frontend to connect users CAE and GitHub accounts
  • Provides access management functionalities for other CAE services which allow to check whether a user has access to components of a project
