The Project Management Service now uses Gradle instead of ant for the build process.
The version of las2peer used was updated from 1.0.0 to 1.1.1 and therefore the service was also updated from Java 8 to Java 14. To get working with Java 14, some changes to the GitHubHelper were necessary (see rwth-acis/CAE#13).
JUnit was updated to 4.13.2.
