This is a Python application built with the tkinter library that allows users to set timers and use a stopwatch with a graphical user interface. The application provides both light and dark themes for user customization.
- Timer: Set a countdown timer and receive a notification when the time is up.
- Stopwatch: Use a stopwatch with start, stop, and reset functionality.
- Themes: Toggle between light and dark themes to suit your preferences.
- Set Timer Duration: Customize the timer duration by entering the desired time in minutes.
Before running the application, ensure that you have Python 3.x installed on your system. You can download Python from python.org.
- Clone or download this repository to your local machine.

2. Navigate to project directory
cd timer-and-stopwatch-app
3. Run app
python main.py
## Usage
1. Click "Start Timer" to start the countdown timer.
2. Click "Stop Timer" to pause the timer.
3. Click "Reset Timer" to reset the timer to 00:00.
4. Use the "Start Stopwatch" button to start the stopwatch.
5. Click "Stop Stopwatch" to pause the stopwatch.
6. Press "Reset Stopwatch" to reset the stopwatch to 00:00.
7. Enter the desired timer duration in minutes and click "Set Timer" to set the countdown time.
