Rollup merge of #124382 - petrochenkov:itemvisit, r=lcnr

ast: Generalize item kind visiting

And avoid duplicating logic for visiting `Item`s with different kinds (regular, associated, foreign).

The diff is better viewed with whitespace ignored.
