Previously the full input was shortened via bit.ly. This is broken (why?).
This PR makes playbot use paste.rs instead. (I spoke to Sergio about it.)
It will only paste the error message, not the code.
For that, loading data from other sources needs to be implemented in play.rust-lang.org first.
