Offtopic: I've found Azure Pipelines quite powerful (free tier has enough budget to build Rust with). Possibly it could improve Clippy's CI time.

It seems like the windows build takes about 10 minutes longer than Mac and Linux, so this is not something worth enabling right now.

I've found Azure Pipelines quite powerful (free tier has enough budget to build Rust with). Possibly it could improve Clippy's CI time.

Yea, travis build VMs are not the fastest, but I think it's not too bad right now.
