This builds on top of the previous commit which adds a new `range` method to the `Match` types. Closes #631

The
rangemethod is for convenience to slightly reduce the amount of code needed to be written by users. In my opinion, it also feels like a natural extension of theMatchAPI. I've also addedFrom<Match>conversions forRange<usize>.
