This updates the patterns chapter, primarily adding "rest patterns", stabilized in 1.42. See stabilization report: rust-lang/rust#67712 (comment)
This also includes a few extra updates that I noticed along the way.
I'm not 100% confident on the refutability changes, since I've never bothered to understand the usefulness code, so it is just based on my own understanding.
