What does this PR try to resolve?
craneliftdoesn't support unwinding, which causes issues withshould_panictests. Attempting to use-Zpanic-abort-teststo fix that still fails with doctests because they attempt to use unwinding.rustdocalready supports specifying-Cpanic=abortand correctly handles```should_panictests with it enabled, so we can just start passing it when-Zpanic-abort-testsis set.Fixes rust-lang/rust#120578 (when using
