What does this PR try to resolve?
This is a follow-up of #13311.
The test is for preventing regression. We need to keep the ID format in sync for these:
--message-format=jsoncargo metadataoutputHow should we test and review this PR?
I didn't add any test for
--timings=jsonas it is still unstable and there seem no test for timing JSON format.Additional information
