is the grails.serverURL configured in the rundeck-config.properties file? this tells rundeck what external URL to use when generating links. if the value doesn't match the URL you use to access Rundeck (e.g. using apache to proxy it) then the link will different.

In this instance, we should change it to use a relative URL since it is used only in the GUI, but you may be able to work around that by fixing the grails.serverURL

It's not set, but IMO rundeck should use relative links. It looks like you're already working on that, so thanks!
