date option broken for run-again execution

My Rundeck detail

• Rundeck version: 2.7.1
• install type: launcher
• OS Name/version: Mac OSX

Expected Behavior
When I run an execution again I expect the date value to be placed in the date text field.

Actual Behavior

I see a number of strange new UI form elements appear and the Date picker widget does not operate.
