4.17.0/1 values.schema.json doesn't allow for command

When upgrading to 4.17.0 or 4.17.1, command is no longer allowed due to the new values.schema.json file: (note I use kustomize with the helmCharts option.

Error: values don't meet the specifications of the schema(s) in the following chart(s):
atlantis:
- (root): Additional property command is not allowed

Also noticed orgWhitelist fails in the schema, so could be added there or removed from the rest of the helm chart. I just switched to the new name orgAllowlist in my values.
