5. Trello integration
In order to keep a clear and ordered register of all Telegram issues, we use the service called Trello. There, we fill up cards with every issue we find or our users report us, every suggestion we receive and some useful information. You, as a TSF member, should have a Trello account, it's kind of needed to give a complete support to users. If you want to be added to our Trello boards, create a Trello account and talk to Markus so he can add you there.
As we keep track of every issue our users report, it's very recommended to give some feedback to them about their issue's status (reported, being studied, fixed and so). With TSupport for Android you can send standard messages to them with information related to the opened and fixed issues in a very easy way. But first you must link your TSupport app with the Trello service.
You can find the 'Link with Trello' option in Settings menu. A pop-up message will show up to confirm you want to link, and by pressing 'OK' you will be taken to the linking wizard. There are a very few easy steps to complete the linking: you will have to log in to Trello and to allow TSupport to use your account there, and that's it! You're now linked with your Trello account and you can send issues feedback to users 😄.
Now you linked TSupport with your Trello account, you can send standard messages to users in order to inform them about the status of the issues they reported. Doing that is as easy as going to a chat and tapping over the Clip icon. You will see both 'Opened issues' and 'Closed issues' buttons, and inside each one there are all open and closed issues listed respectively (preceded with the OS between brackets). The standard English messages are the following.
