RNS Manager UX Fixes

• Bump rLogin version to 1.0.4 - Resolves Cannot connect again with WalletConnect if got an error once #390
• Home
  • "Are you a developer" section, 3 link boxes, same height.
  • Better alignment of lead paragraph text.
  • Consistent spacing between image section. Updated 2 English strings so they would look better. Since the gist was the same and this change is only for aesthetics I did not translate the other strings.
• Header:
  • Language button onHover "jumps"
  • Move indicator light to the right and remove the border
  • Add "resolve"
• Admin Area
  • h1 of the page is in vertical alignment of the left navigation
  • "Reverse" has a title and show a loading wheel when loading. Resolves Reverse Screen should show loading screen instead of blank #365
  • Capitalize "R" in Renew button
  • Renew section, vertically align content on Desktop
  • "Addresses" - remove "value" prefix.
  • My URL Section. Resolves UX enhancements for My URL section #389

  • Removed circular dependencies caused by the root reducer importing almost EVERYTHING. Instead, it now imports just the reducers, and for better readability, alphabetized.
