WordPress-Export-Options

WordPress plugin which helps you selectively import and export values from the Options table, for example, from development site to production site.

When to use this plugin?

  1. If you're developing a plugin and you want users to export/import the option(s) your plugin is using.

  2. If you're using a third-party plugin and you want to export/import the option(s) the plugin uses.

Usage:

Using a single option key 'rikesh-test'

function test_options_name( $val ) {
  $val[] = array ( 'Plugin Name 1 - Description of the option' => 'rikesh-test' );
  return $val;
}

Using two option keys 'rikesh-test1' and 'rikesh-test2'

function test_options_name1( $val ) {
  $val[] = array (
    'Plugin Name 2 - Option which controls the lorem ipsum' => 'rikesh-test1',
    'Plugin Name 2 - Option keeping lorem ipsum' => 'rikesh-test2'
  );
  return $val;
}

Filter examples:

add_filter( 'rr_export_options', 'your_callback_function'); #general template
add_filter( 'rr_export_options', 'test_options_name1' ); 
add_filter( 'rr_export_options', 'test_options_name' );
