Description

Add links for multiple OpenAPI specification YAML files from the API DOC Dockerfile. Remove rokwire.yaml and other files that might not be needed as part of the change. Update README.

Acceptance Criteria

API Doc links multiple building blocks' documentation and other updates implemented.

Will remove rokwire.yaml file from the root of the repository as part of this task.
