Update dependencies and readme

Updates all NPM dependencies to their latest version.

Updates the readme file:

• Add link to Rooibos repo - to make life easier for newbies like me who want to easily go back and forth between the two repos
• Fix markdown formatting
• Fix capitalization and punctuation
• Remove outdated warning about needing a specific brighterscript version

Some notes from making this PR:

• The repo's license needs sorted - see Missing LICENSE file #3
• It might be a good idea to enable dependabot or setup renovate to keep the dependencies updated in the future
• Do we really need the bslib dependency?
• Is brighterscript v0.52.3 still required? If not we should remove the readme notice. If yes then maybe we should remove the We will have a solution for this limitation shortly. text
