The `--only-checks` options requires a comma separated list. Using a space will cause the command to fail. Changed the second example to use `modules/` for consistency.

These changes fix minor formatting, whitespace, example and consistency issues, as well as one specific markup syntax error causing
``` rubyto show up in the rendered output.
