ADB root failure on the rk3399pro! #269

Hi，
I could not get the root permission of the rk3399pro, is there any wrong with my operation?

PS C:\data_20220701> adb root
root access is disabled by system setting - enable in settings -> development options
Then I open the usb debug mode and all the option need for my root permission, and still with the error above!
If I could not get the root permission, I could not do more things that I want as following.

 Could you please help me with this problem, any idea?

selftests/bpf: Test bpf_mprog query API via libbpf and raw syscall

Add a new test case which performs double query of the bpf_mprog through
libbpf API, but also via raw bpf(2) syscall. This is testing to gather
first the count and then in a subsequent probe the full information with
the program array without clearing passed structs in between.
