For Gazebo, this is currently blocked by gazebosim/gazebo-classic#2719 . For the other ports, there have been a round of releases lately, so it is possible that all the required fixes are part of releases.

It would also be great to use at least for the ignition dependencies the vcpkg ports, but it is probably better to first ensure that all the ignition dependencies are available in vcpkg, so this is blocked by microsoft/vcpkg#11273, that in turns is blocked by a bunch of other vcpkg PRs.

For Gazebo, this is currently blocked by osrf/gazebo#2719

That change has been merged and released as part of Gazebo 11.2.0 (see https://github.com/osrf/gazebo/releases/tag/gazebo11_11.2.0).
