This was a tricky one as the dates are generated using Javascript based on the JSON response for the UPRN.
Mimicking the JS functions in Python allows us to produce the same dates.
A hash check against the council's JS file is in place as the script would still output the dates based on the old logic if their JS functions are updated otherwise.
