This update provides flexibility to vary the year of 860 data to use (including early release) and utilize the most recent 860m data for matching. The manual matches have been updated with a focus on near complete coverage of currently operational assets.
Small bug fix
This update outputs the result of historic extraction of 860 generator data for use in the patio model, and addresses a bug in the CAMD crosswalk that does not match in historic 860 data for retired generators in the year in which they were retired
Included CC unit code to data pulled through the crosswalk.
Primarily updates to address formatting issues with output crosswalk and include additional fields required for patio cost and economic model
