There are two instances of plaintext password in the DB setup:

https://github.com/rippleFoundation/Blob-Vault/blob/master/server.js#L11

and twice in

https://github.com/rippleFoundation/Blob-Vault/blob/master/dbsetup.sql

While im sure it is fine, it may be an idea to set the strings to blank or something more neutral looking
