• Fixes an issue where initially changing measure/dimension selector from "All" to "Subset" would not properly update internal state of the selected items
• Changes measure/dimension selector in visual explore editor to show display names instead of ids
• Swaps order of "Metrics view" and "Explore dashboard" dropdown items when previewing a dashboard
• Fixes an issue where the pivot surface was using the full set of dimensions from the underlying metrics view rather than the filtered set from the explore resource
• Reduces element size of docs link for measure/dimension selector
• Fixes an issue where time pills were being filtered out of the pivot surface on page refresh
