Being the founding member of first data science team inside the Rio Tinto, I lead client-facing data science projects for different Rio Tinto entities that go from mining exploration to aluminum process plant, from iron ore to borax acid, from vessel ETA forecast to assets' predictive maintenance. At the same time, I provide mentorship and coaching to the graduate and senior data scientists on technical skill. As further developing the data science discipline applying critical thinking and design thinking in data science project/product.
