🐛 Fixes namespace package name shorting

This commit removes the __ini__.py from the namespace package as with this file included the namespace shorting in the setup.py file does not work see [this stackoverflow question](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/63464555/create-name-space-package-that-contains-standalone-installable-sub-packages/63465830#63465830) for more info.
