It would be very handy to have the list of packages in the tested iso in the test log. Currently we have to either extract it from the iso or look for it in individual test logs.

We can use this script which is run at the beginning of the test: https://github.com/rhinstaller/kickstart-tests/blob/master/scripts/probe_boot_iso.sh. It extracts /etc/os-release from the installer image.
Can make it a bit more generic tool.
