Update to tip of sony/nmos-cpp master

• Adds support for HSTS and OCSP in the Registry and mock Node (see hsts_ and ocsp_ settings in config.json)
• Adds support for BCP-006-01 (JPEG XS) in the mock Node (see video_type setting in config.json)
• Adds support for controlling which senders and receivers are created in the mock Node (see senders and receivers settings in config.json)
• Bumps versions of some dependencies (Boost 1.80.0, nlohmann/json 3.11.2, json-schema-validator 2.2.0, openssl 1.1.1s)
