Draft: Fix docker compose

I added a new docker-compose file which work with the new nightly image.

It contains the satellite service, the led service for the 2mic_hat led's and the wake word service, preconfigured with the wake word hey jarvis.

This is a first version, there is still some fine tuning needed.

Todo:

• I think the version should not be fixed, instead a variable should be used for that.
• The satellite settings need some fine tuning, the detection on longer ranges does not work good and i already had some configuration which worked much better.
