Software profiles and templates out of tool repository

• introduces YACFG_PROFILES env variable to define path for profiles query
• introduces YACFG_PROFILES env variable to define path for templates query

Needs a new Quickstart docs, IMO. Something like

1. clone this repo
2. clone https://github.com/rh-messaging-qe/yacfg_artemis
3. set env variable
4. run command

I'm just trying to think of what @howardgao will need to know to deal with the change ;P
