As raised on the Marketplace here:

Pester has just shipped a new version (4.0.4) that now supports options to run code coverage and covert to JaCoCo format. I'd love to see you update your task to include this. Thanks!

4.0.5 has also just released with a few fixes in, from the github issues (Issue 793) it looks like they are still working on making 4.0.x a full release.

I'll add the functionality for JaCoCo and keep an eye on the main release of Pester so we can update the version included with the module.

This was released in 6.0.x
